Rapid Attack Identification Detection & Reporting System (RAIDRS) Space Control Facility on Peterson AFB, CO

Project Description

Design and construct an approximately 47,400 square foot facility and associated site work. Facility includes administrative space, a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), and covered and environmentally controlled storage. Site work includes a paved parking lot, landscaping, security fencing, and utility connections to water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, communications, and electricity. Communications features include both secure and non-secure telephone and local area networks. Project includes special security provisions to keep existing classified missions operational during construction.

The estimated construction cost of this project is between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000.
